Citation for BEM: This NCO who spent 3 1/4 years abroad in the CMP, has been engaged during the last 12 months in special investigations into Black Market activities, and tracking down thieves who had been robbing mails of Christmas presents sent by troops in CMF to their relatives at home. As a result of his efforts a number of gangs were broken up and the thieving dropped.
