Joseph Robinson (32)m Brackley Close, Leicester, was at the Leicester Magistrates Court to day fined 20s. for employing a child to deliver newspapers.
A Juvenile Employment Officer Arthur Edwin Cox to the court that he saw a 14 hear old boy delivering papers. When he saw Robinson, he was told "Well it's his brother's found. Hi is on staggered hours and we like to keep it in the family if we can."
