Soldier faces unlawful killing charge.
A soldier appeared at Lisburn court on Monday facing a charge of unlawful killing.
Terence William Fryer whose address was given as c/o Thiepval Barracks, was alleged to have unlawfully killed Duncan Mark Chappel on September 19 last year. It was conceded by defence there was a case to answer and the defendant was remanded on continuing bail to Craigavon Crown Court on June15.

Soldier Named - the Army has named the member of the Royal Military police accidentally shot dead at a vehicle checkpoint on Thursday.
He was L/Cpl Duncan Mark Chappell, and 18 year old single man from Scotland.
