Calais Survivor
Among recently returned prisoners of war is Corporal Victor Reginal Robert Nelson-Stythe, son of Mrs M E Nelson Stythe of 14, Suffolk Square, Cheltenham.
He was one of a gallant band captured after bitter street-fighting in Calais when covering the Dunkirk evacuation.
While in his prison camp Corpl. Nelson-Stythe took and examination in zoology and veterinary science.
