Served Home 12/6/1891 to 21/10/1899, South Africa 22/10/1899 to 24/8/1901, Home 25/8/1901 to 11/6/1908 to discharge time expired. Qualified in Cookery and Chiropody. 14/10/1897 he married Mary Hanna Perkins, spinster at Hastings Sussex. A form in his record shows that he moved to Canada and served in the Sherbrooke Regiment for 3 years, in 1918 he was serving in an Internment Camp at Vernon, 126, British Columbia, Canada. 15/4/1943 he died at Nakusa, British Columbia from a Cerebal Hemmorage.
