Also Benjamin, father of the above who died 2 August 1918, Aged 61 years. Died in the Military Hospital, Oswestry, Army Register of Soldiers' Effects, 1901-1928. Info from Pension Index Cards:- Widows' Pension: 22/9/1914 enlisted, 6/7/1918 died at home from septic Bronchitis contracted whilst on active service. 30/5/1909 married, address of widow: Jessie F Bunting, born 29/3/1883 of 25 Springbank Road, also 24 Venus Street, Anfield, Liverpool, 1 child Violet May, born 21/8/1910, 23/11/1918 widow received 22/11 per week.
