| Citation: | Italy. Citation for MBE: At Salerno Italy March/May 1945 this officer has been outstanding in the way he has carried out the duties of D.A.P.M. of an area covering the Provinces of SALERNO, AVELLINO, BENEVENTO and the SORRENTO PENINSULAR. All this area has had to be covered with inadequate CMP personnel and it is entirely due to his outstanding work and extreme devotion to duty that a high standard of discipline and order has been maintained. His liaison work with other Services our Allies and the Civil side has been excellent. During the whole period he has held the appointment of DAPM (namely July 1944 to date) the work of this officer has been outstanding and his extreme devotion to duty has been an example and inspiration to all those serving under him.Colonel R Mould Graham Comd 94 Sub Area.
