| Citation: | Citation: This officer has been in charge of Administration in the French Country Unit (subsequently G-5 Division, Supreme Headquarters, AEF Mission France) since April 1944. he has shown throughout an unfailing efficiency and enthusiasm in dealing with the countless administrative problems of a newly created integrated organization. the administrative machinery which he helped to devise and set in motion has since proved of great value to the Mission of Supply section, Mail Clerks and Vehicle Dispatches may be specially mentioned.
