| Citation: | Citation: Captain ISENBERG for meritorious service as Liaison Officer between the offices of the Provost Marshals of Communications Zone, European Theatre of Operations, and 21st Army Group from 19 December 1944 to June 1945. The superior manner in which Captain ISENBERG perfoemed his duties greatly aided the Theatre Provost Marshal in overcoming complex problems arising as a result of United States troops passing through and being stationed in a British Area. He has by his personal efforts contributed to the fine relations between the two governments. |
