Provost resources have seldom been sufficient to cover requirements of policing and of traffic control. By careful planning and constant attention to changing situations Major GUILD has ensured the best use of his limited resouces. He has been out himself on all possible occasions and could usually be found directing operations where difficulties were likely to arise.
