| Citation: | Greece. Citation for MBE: As APM of the 4 Brit Div Major JOSLIN was, during the fighting in ATHENS, faced with many problems over the control of prisoners and suspects and, as operations developed, in the control of traffic in the Divisional area. Owing to the predicted and actual moves of the Division before its arrival in GREECE Major JOSLIN was very short-handed. By his drive and energy he was most successful in carrying out the varied Provost tasks that were set him during operations in GREECE and afterwards, and by his personal example maintained that high standard among the Provost of the Division that he had established during operations in ITALY.Maj-Gen Comd 4 Brit Div.
