Citation: Italy. Citation for MBE: Major DOBSON has been APM of 5 Div throughout the ITALIAN campaign, as well as in SICILY. He has carried out his duties with outstanding efficiency. The advance of 5 Div through mountainous country, along difficult and precarious axes and in the face of numerous demolitions and obstacles, has necessitated the very highest standard of traffic control and discipline. These standards have always been maintained by the Provost of 5 Div owning to the excellent example and unsparing efforts of Major DOBSON..
