Citation for MBE: Major RALLI has been A.P.M. of 9 Corps and throughout the whole period of the recent opertions from early April to the end of the TUNIS battle he has performed outstanding service. The organisation of all traffic control, route reconnaissance and the very difficult organisation of reception arrangments for many thousands of prisoners of war have all been carried out with outstanding efficiency and with unstinting energy.
