Citation: | United Kingdom. Citation for BEM; This NCO has been with the Provost Marshal's Department since its formation in 1940 and helped with great zeal and efficiency to organize and supervise the department single handed through its initial difficult stages. Serjeant Marshallsay served in the last war from September, 1914 until disembodied in February 1919. He was wounded in France in April, 1917. His loyalty and devotion to duty cannot be too highly praised. Previously recommended in September, 1943 and March 1944.Maj Gen Mellor Provost Marshall.
