His leadership and sense of responsibility has at all times been outstanding, without thought for himself. He has worked long periods in all conditions of weather, helping to bring mixed personnel into a workable team. The smoothness in which traffic moved to the hards and docks was due in no small measure to his untiring devotion to duty. |
