Served in Liverpool, Western Command. 16/9/16 Liverpool, charge: Conduct to the prejudice of good order and military Discipline in that he at Liverpool on Sept 16th 1916 when guard on passengers embarking on SS New York accepted money from J. Zendmaw Jnr, one of the passengers. Admonished. It proved conclusively that the incident was only a gift, from the outcome of good feeling on the part of Mr J Zendmaw Jnr.
