Born Barnsden, Middlesex, age 30.5 years, occupation labourer, address: 55 Gifford Street, Caledonian Road, London N and 35 Clayton Street, Caledonian Road. 3/9/1916 sustained shrapnel wound to right arm, 20/10/16 sustained wound (cut back). 4/9/1918 to MFP, H (Winchester) Area.
