Appointed Sergeant 6/3/1918. Demobbed 31/1/1920 Dublin and resided at 56 Harty Place, Clanbrassie St. Dublin. He remained in Dublin throughout the War. A letter in his army record from the APM Dublin dated 8/7/16 states: With Reference to the attached AFB 203, would it be possible to enlist this man as a special case for service in Dublin. His experience and local knowledge would be invaluable to me. As you are no doubt aware conditions are strenuous here at the present time. James Henry Coulter. |
