No. P/426 Lance Corporal Kellett, J, MFP states: on 11th March 1917 at about midnight I saw the driver of ambulance 343, Drv. Foray and at that time he was perfectly sober. I am unable to give any information about the accident. (No. 11857 Dvr, Forey, G, BRCS was found guilty of running down Staff Sergeant Major Catley, ASC and failing to stop).
