Served Home 17/7/1916 to 28/7/1916, BEF 29/7/1916 to 3/1/1919 Home 4/1/1919 to 30/4/1919, class Z reserve 1/5/1919. 4/8/1916 with APM Abbeville, 17/7/1917 Abancourt, 25/2/1918 Cherbourg, 10/6/1917 at Abberville he was given a severe reprimand for when called to assist civilian inhabitants he neglected to take the names of the soldiers concerned in the disturbance or to mention the occurrence when he reported off duty. 3/1/1919 to 11/3/1919 he was in 6 Canadian General Hospital suffering fro Influenza.
