A petition under the presumption of Life Limitation (Scotland) Act, 1891, has been presented to the SHERIFF of the LOTHIANS and PEEBLES at Edinburgh by JOHN DUFFY, MARGARET DUFFY and WILLIAM ROBERTSON DUFFY, all residing at 20 Wardlaw Place, Edinburgh, to find that JOHN PATRICK DUFFY, sometime Lance Corporal, Military Foot Police, Castlehill Barracks, Aberdeen, and thereafter of 20 Wardlaw Place, Edinburgh who was discharged from the Army in February 1920, and went to reside with his wife, Mrs Agnes Robertson or Duffy at 20 Wardlaw Place, Edinburgh, aforesaid and who was last heard of on 31 st March, 1920 when he left Edinburgh for Glasgow, with the expressed intention of endeavouring to obtain work in the Shipyards of John Brown & Company Limited, Clydebank, and of residing with a Mrs Burke in London Road, Glasgow
