A/Sgt 26/7/19. 11/12/17 Alexandria charged with irregular conduct whilst on Police Duty in that the entered a cafe for drinking and in conversation with a prostitute whilst escorting a prisoner and neglecting to comply with orders. A report in his army record dated 29/9/16 from Capt Cornwallis-West, APM 57 (West Lancs) Division reads: Statement of evidence against No. 3204 L/Cpl Duck, M F Police. At about 12.45 pm this afternoon on the Frimley Green - Deepcut road, I saw two GS wagons in which men other than the driver and brakeman were riding passed the above named Military Policeman (L/Cpl H Duck). They came in the opposite direction to which he was going. He made no attempt to stop them and enquire whether the men in them had permission to ride. I subsequently discovered they were riding without permission.
