W A Corser, MMP states:- At Litchfield on April 16th 1920 about 22.15 hrs I was on duty accompanied by Cpl Chadburton and L/Cpl Anderson in Bore Street. Then I saw the accused NCO here present. He was drunk. Cpl Chadburn arrested the accused. He was conducted to the Civil Police Station and there detained. Signed W A Corser, MMP. The acccused declines to cross examine this witness.
