Citation: Awarded as No. 4474, Sgt, W. McClelland, 1/8 Liverpool Regiment (TF). Citation. For Conspicuous gallantry during a raid on the enemy's trenches. he had previously cut the enemy's wire. he led an attack, accounted for two of the enemy with his revolver and generally set a fine example.
