Trial for "Fraudulent Enlistment" into the QOR Glasgow Yeomanry: whilst serving in the Scottish Horse as No. 416 Pte W Nelson, dispensed with y order of the Major General Commanding 7 Division BEF Italy, dated 2/7/1918. To suffer the same forfeiture and deductions of pay (if any) as if he had been convicted by DCM of the said offence. All former service forfeited on dispensation of trial.
