London Gazette 35580, page 2411, 2/6/1942: I Riley Fred Fuller of 4, Spring Bank, Follifoot, Harrogate in the county of York, a Sergeant in the Corps of Military Police, Regimental No. 7684033, a natural born British subject hereby give notice that 21 days after the date of the appearance of this notice in the London Gazette, I intend to renounce and abandon the name of Riley Fred Fuller and assume thereafter on all occasions whatsoever and at all times to sign and use and be called and know by the name of Fred Riley in lieu of and in substitution for my present name Riley Fred Fuller. Dated 27 day of May 1942. Still serving 12/1952.
