He enlisted in the Royal Horse Artillery, 6/5/46 and transferred to RMP 18/11/46. 26/1/47 posted to 246 Pro Coy (Berlin), 6/2/48 posted to 192 Pro Coy (Hamburg), 12/4/48 posted to 2 Div Pro Coy. He died in a traffic accident whilst escort to the GOC 2 Division, age 20 years. Funeral attended by members of 87 Section, SIB and the Chief Mourners were Capt Price and L/Cpl Telher. Born 10/6/1928. Ronald Rhodes.
