Info from Alan Watson: Enlisted 1/12/1931, 4 Field Training Regiment,8/3/1944 to 6 RHA later attached to 166 Pro Coy, 21/1/1946 transferred to CMP, 1953 in Bielefeld then 150 Pro Coy at Catterick, discharged in 1957 and became a Postman, he held the Defence & War Medals and the Long Service & Good Conduct Medal together with 3 BAOR cricket medals.
