| Notes: | CMP(I). 81 L OF C Pro Unit were part of 4 Indian Corps. 12/1/1945 23.20hrs L/Cpl Brown 118 L of C Pro Unit reports that 15cwt vehicle of this unit has been involved in an accident, one of the occupants was killed and the other two seriously injured. Checked and found to be L/Naik's Teya, Pyara Singh of this unit and L/Naik Mahboob of 628 Indian Supply Section. Pyara Sing died later. 14/1/1945 Subadar Sandhura Singh and party fo IOR's to Admin Commandant to collect body of L/Naik Pyara Singh for Cremation. 18/1/1945 Court of enquiry held at this HQ re death of L/Naik Pyara Sing and injuries to Teya Singh of this unit and L/Naik Mahboob Beg of 628 Indian Supply Section. Jemadar Misra reports as rep of 628 Supply Section RIASC on the court.
