War Diary WO 169/1131 APM 30 Corps, 16/11/41 OC 30 Corps Pro Coy (Capt Mounsey) arrived with 1/2 section, remaining section with motorcycles left behind at Bagush owing to very bad going on desert. 24/11/41 reported that Capt Mounsey, OC 30 Corps Pro Coy was injured when truck in which he was travelling stuck a land mine 3 miles south of Sidi Omar, driver RSM Child, when going through wire. 2 passengers slightly injured, Capt Mounsey removed to 3 South African Brigade Field Hospital.
