Note from medical record: Very nervous when spoken to, unable to concentrate on work, very forgetful. Has twice been under observation for insanity but is not in my opinion mad. His widow Elizabeth received £1.00.06 d Record of deceased soldiers effects. Harry Helmar. He has the same No. as L/Cpl A Gillespie, MMP.
