The above named patient was admitted to the above Hospital on August 13th 1918, with Pulmonary Tuberculosis. he was extremely weak, had night sweats, cough and spat u large quantities of sputum. on the 17th August 1918 he began to have Cerebral Haemorrhage and died on August 20th 1918 from Apoplexy. He is shown in unclaimed deceased soldiers estates as having left £31-14-6p. LG 31527, page 10883, dated 29/8/1919.
