Inscription on private UK gravestone: Memory of ther dearly loved sons of C & F Keene. Clarence who died on active service at Damascus Oct 19th 1918 aged 24 years. Gone but not forgotten. Also has inscription to his Brother and Father. Clarence Frederick Keene.
