They had four children Dorothy May, born 1/11/1920, Walter Edmund born 14/2/1912, Winifred Annie born 23/12/1914, and Reginald Douglas Haig born 28/7/1917. 15/4/1918 his widow received a grant of £5. 7/10/1918 she received 36/13 per week pension.
