Another Senior ATS officer in the Command to leave is Senior Commander N M Welchman the Assistant Provost Marshall (ATS), who has been at the Headquarters for over three years. After a CMP course at Mytchett she was posted to Southern command Headquarters as Deputy Assistant Provost Marshal and organised the whole of the ATS Provost Section in the Command. She is returning to her civilian occupation as a stained glass artist. She hopes to do part of the memorial window for Sir Henry Wood in St Sepulchre's church, Holborn. The four South aisle windows in St Mark's Church , Salisbury are examples of her work, and she has also painted windows in Langport Parish Church, Holy Trinity, Southampton and Portsmouth Cathedral.
