He is named on named on panel 60 on the Tower Hill Memorial to the Merchant Navy missing. SS Kellwny (145526) was on its way from the Tyne to Lisburn when it was sunk by the German U Boat U 203 off Cape Finnister. He is shown as living at Goodwick, Nr Fishguard, Pembrokeshire John William Cotter.
