A Leeds man killed in a traffic accident in the Middle East is Lance Corporal Clifford Cockerham (28) of the Corps of Military Police, husband of Mrs Irene Cockerham, 11 Bertie Street. Before joining the Army in May last year he was a cutter at Burtons Ltd and was on the committee of the firm's swimming club. He left two children.
