No. 12095, occupation Police Constable, transferred to MFP date not known, 9/5/1917 attached to 212 Company ASC, at Clipstone Camp. 30/3/1918 discharged to Army Reserve from H Area, Northern Command. He had a deformity of little toe left foot, inability to march.
