Summary of Evidence in the case of Company Sergeant Major H E Cooper, 11 Royal Dublin Fusiliers. 3rd Witness: No. 1194 Sergeant A Ware, MFP, states: At Dublin on the 16th February, 1917, at about 11.5 pm, I was on duty in Dame Street, where I saw Sergeant Foster and Corporal Smith hand the accused over to the Picquet. He was drunk. On the way to the Guard Detention room, Ship Street, Sergeant Foster called me to assist him to take the accused to the Guard Room, as he the accused refused to go with the Picquet.
