Citation:   Korea, 1/1/1953- 30/6/1953. Sergeant WILLIAMS has been an SIB investigator in KOREA since November 1951. Although young, he has maintained the confidence placed in him, and his investigations usually meet with considerable success thereby maintaining the good name of his organisation. He has been untiring in his efforts to achieve success and he never considers time or personal comfort when investigating a case. His devotion to his duty, the success he has achieved in his investigations have been outstanding and his personal example has been an inspiration to his Section.
