Citation:   Shown as VII Corps Army Cyclist Corps from Crondall Nr Farnham Hants. DCM Citation. 1102 PRIVATE T H WILLIS 7th CYCLIST BATTALION ARMY CYCLIST CORPS VII CORPS For conspicuous gallantry and good work under shell fire whilst on traffic control duty on the Ypres-Zonnebeke road. On 28th September, 1918, he pushed forward his post as the advance progressed to the extent of three kilometres, controlling traffic over badly shelled and mine-cratered roads, and materially assisting in the advance of the guns and ammunition.
