Police Sergeant Powell becomes an Inspector, he joined the Bath Police Force on November 18th 1910. On November 19th 19015 he enlisted in the Military Foot Police, and served in Egypt. He rejoined the force on the expiration of his Military service on May 2nd 1919. His promotion to Sergeant dated from February 1920 and he has received three commendations. |
