Served Home 2/2/1915 to 25/4/1916, BEF 26/4/1916 to 20/6/1919, home 21/6/1919 to 20/7/1919 to discharge. There is a letter in his record dated 28/9/1916 from a Miss Maude Butcher, 14 Queens Anne Street, Cavendish Square, London W, enquiring into the location of 2403 Pte T A Martin, Westminster Dragoons as she is finding it such a hard struggle to pay for the child myself and also having to help my widowed mother as well ?
