Sir, On the 17th April 1916 about 4.45 pm I was on duty at Little Farnborough railway station when the above named NCO came into the booking hall and purchases a rly ticket. When he came on the Platform I asked him for his pass, he said he did not require a Pass as he was on duty and it was local. He also said you don't know your duty or else you would ask for the pass before I brought the ticket. Answering that NCO's travelling on duty are provided with railway warrants and this NCO was not wearing his armlet. I obtained his No. and name for this report. Malplaquet Barracks, 17/4/16.
